BE POSITIVE

Be positive
Say every morning to yourself -"Today is going to be a great day."
Say before starting your day,"I am going to make someone happy today."
Say before you do any work,"Yes, I can do it easily."
Say if you are worried,"Things don't get better by worrying about them."
Say to yourself if you fail,"Let it be this time, next time will be mine."
Life is great,
Make the most of it and
Don't be sad because,
There is always something to jest,.
Be an optimist & believe in yourself.
Cause you are The BEST.

From the beginning of time....

From The begineeing of Time ~ An Earth Oriented Poem
Ever since the earth, began to shape,
Life made, other planets to gape,
Varied forms, that gloomed and bloomed,
Human species, also mushroomed..........

Their senses made to look apart,
Of which, till now, they were a common part,
Considering as, masters of nature,
Started their way to mark their capture........

Their thoughts and woes seemed to divide,
Civilized ones were set aside,
Inhuman deeds started to creep,
Everyone were left to weep..............

Though modern era brought some change,
Liberty, fraternity were among the range,
Some good will were spread afar,
But loose ends were still ajar...........

Media played a dual role,
Instigating each and every soul,
Subtle changes that structured our stigma,
Often biased, but covered by a lemma.............

Crooks and goons, when started to boon,
Made us their bait, that too very soon,
Persistent ones were left to slay,
Others were just mere child's play...........

Often left as other's problem,
Never know, when you will be their emblem,
So please do consider and do heed,
To finish off this, new bitter breed..............

Especially their "Gopuram", is decorated upto the maximum limit. Almost all the surface area of them will be covered by various God's Sculptures. There are 33 crore gods in Hindu Mythology though.

This photograph is of the gopuram of Jalkanteshwar Temple, Located in the heart of Vellore Fort, Vellore. It was taken just before the start of a festival celebration there, and the temple is being decorated to the full extent.

A person came to visit Sripuram, Golden Temple, does stop by this temple, to pay his/her worship to the god.

The lake surrounding of the fort, and the solitary of this place from a normal city life, makes this place a famous leisure time spending destination among the locals.

IN THE FIRST PERIOD OF CIVICS !

IN THE FIRST PERIOD OF CIVICS !
In the first period of civics,
I was doing the Home Work of Physics.

I was doing it seceretly & silently.
When the teacher came along quietly.

He gave me an angry look ,
& snatched away my book.

Terrified I stood there,
trembling to the tip of my hair.

"Get out", were the only two words I heard,
Indeed these were the words I fear.

Standing out of the class you know,
Makes one fell so depressed & low.

So I took a strong resolution,
Never to give in to the temptation.

Of doing the work of History & Physics,
In the first period of Civics.

Pink beauty ~ A Beautiful Pink Rose - Closeup Shot

Pink beauty ~ A Beautiful Pink Rose - Closeup Shot
One of the most tragic things I know about human nature is that all of us tend to put off living. We are all dreaming of some magical rose garden over the horizon instead of enjoying the roses that are blooming outside our windows today.
-Dale Carnegie
In the foot hills of Himalayas, people have gardens, with great diversity in the Plants they grow. Our home is also having a great garden. Over the years, we have grown nearly 15 types of roses in our garden. This is one of the type of it.
The photograph is taken at an evening, & with the use of flash, a natural contrast happened between the flower & the background. The flower is on full blossom.

Crying Mother Earth

Crying Mother Earth~ A Poem
Poor mother earth
Who gave us birth

Is now on her way to destruction,
Choking on smoke & grim pollution.

Poor mother earth,
Who gave us water, air.

Food & the benevolent sun,
Is now under the burden of over construction.

Poor mother earth,
Who quenches our thrust.

Is now shrouded with gun powder,
& is going to bust.

Poor mother earth,
Who gave us life, is now going to die.

Because we are not showing any care,
& welcoming the dooms day to appear.

The only way to save our earth is compromise,
But when will that day come,

WHEN WILL WE REALIZE?

DEATH-The Outside World

DEATH-The Outside World

When a man
Lies in his grave
And sleeps in his
Mother's arms.
With the blanket
Of the vast sky over him.
Unaware of the world outside.
Unaware of the,
Human Savage behaviour.
He sleeps in his grave,
And the nightingale,
And the animals and nature
Sing for him.
The melody of the song,
That touches his heart
And comforts his soul
Decays with him
As time passes by.

IIT dreams

IIT dreams~ A Poem
Dreams of the millions,
flying past the sky,
injected into them,
when they were not so high....

From a puny tiny seed,
till those fruit hanging sweet,
never one tries to be at shore,
till he scores his IIT goal....

Millions of candles burned to dead,
adhesive eyes remained out of cossy bed,
pages losing their right corner,
sitting ages away like silent mourner.....

If you aren't a born prodigy,
then should have a proper stratergy,
thinking of being bookworm,
then you will be like a house swept in storm.....

The paper squeezes one's mental part,
totally you will be torn apart,
its a trick with a treat,
with some guesses to a geek....

Filled with notions, overflowing emotions,
like those seven mighty great oceans,
some zooming past the world so high,
seeing the bits of shattered hearts wry.....

No pain no gain is now old concept,
concentration remained an integral prospect,
smartness is what you need to acquire,
to make yourself for others to inspire.....

I WISH I COULD

I WISH I COULD get back my school days

Among the trees I grew up,
Unknown the decades has passed,
Going up the stairs was just a game,
Now standing at the top, I feel scared,
One more step I"ll be alone,
Nobody to share my joys & sorrows,
No one to care for my feelings,
In the world of complete strangers,
These thoughts with me day & night,
I have become so big instantly,
That many things rely on my hands-
My career, my future, & things I never thought of,
I wish there was some other way.
That I could get back.
I wish I had a choice to take my friend along,
I wish I was a kid,
I wish I could I stay hare
Among my friends & teachers,
Among these trees & buildings.
----forever---forever---

Incredible India

Incredible India

What makes India incredible?
There should be something very much credible,
Not of those tourist from nook and corner,
Something else does also really matter.

You can watch the game, as per your wish,
Fixing a player, is like a swish,
Even if you are caught, there is nothing to worry,
Popularity and bail, you will get with assurity.

You are relieved here from great distress,
Choosing the leaders is not at all a stress,
All ensure that you get your "prizes",
That you will be dealt with each and every crisis.

Its an abode for the people to live,
Even Maoist and Naxalist, have something to give,
If your wish is to meet the supreme lord,
They ensure you that you see the god.

Nation as a whole is a complete theme park,
Roads are big pools when clouds are little dark.
You will master the patience, when you stay here for a day,
When you wait in a queue, for your vehicle to find a way.

We do have a great and kind heart for all,
We accept anything nodding like a doll,
We import petrol and oil, for others sake,
Even if we have gallons, which we can take.

Who doesn't love to live in this country?
Whose name and its fame crosses all boundary.
Some take its name, some hesitate and shy,
Won't you find it out, when my question is why??????

Kisi ko apna samaj kar....

Kisi ko apna samaj kar....

Kisi ko apna samaj kar,
Jab har raah me saat diya hoga,
Unn parindo ko saat udte dek kar,
Kabhi sher ko b mahasus hua hoga........

Bhadhaye jab samne dekh kar,
Saathiyo ne apna muh moda hoga,
Tab sher ne b un parindo ko dek,
Soch kar phir hasa hoga......

Aisi logo ki kya zarurat,
Mushkil me saat dete nahi,
Bhed bakariyo jaisa jhund,
Bankar bas reh jaate hai sahi.......

Apna sa bankar ye,
sab ko yakeen dilate hai,
Phir bas kabhi unko, ham,
yaad hi nahi aate hai.......

Saat nibane ki baat kehekar,
Yakeen jab meine kiya,
Tabi me un bhed bakriyo ke,
Jhund mein me shamil hua:-D

Nation's intellectual leaders

                                            Nation's intellectual leaders

Leaders of today's nation,
Who represent many faction,
Ruling us as our elected ones,
Is it so my dear ones?

Who said they are ignorant fools,
From uneducated and arrogant "pools",
They know nothing just sit and stare,

Ruling for them is mere nightmare.

If so do we think, then we are wrong,
They are physically and mentally strong,

They play tactics that we never know,

Promises and deeds, they make a big show.

Cunning and shrewd, people are they,
Never let others to come and stray,
Publishing everything for their name and fame,
It is their work, why doing the same?

Join hands with the people, whom they want,
Pulling their legs, after fulfilling their want,
They bend and break rules, whenever they want,
Never get caught, even if we want.

Tap at each and every opportunity they get,
Can do anything until their wishes are met,
Making policies is just an eye-wash,
To hide their money and make us white-washed.

Even if we think, they aren't capable,
Then your judging skills, isn't that able,
When they are going to change, from mean and crook way,
It is the time, which is going to say!!!!!

Powerful 'P'- An awakening poem about nature

Powerful 'P'

'P' for power plants
& power plants for pollution.
'P' for polythene
& polythene for pollution.
'P' for population
& population for pollution.
But when 'P' is plantation
it is always a solution.

MY SCHOOL

MY SCHOOL

The place where I learn & enjoy.
& hardly come against the word annoy,
The place where I spend my most of the time,
To the school, where periodically the bells chime,
The place where I learned values which are precious & good.
Is the lovely school situated amidst the woods.
There are teachers to encourage me when I fall.
& to give me the knowledge of things, great & small.
The place where the students abide by the rules,
Its my school "ARMY SCHOOL".
